Oakland Public Library
MOCHA returns to the library, beginning Fall 2024 to offer FREE weekly art workshops at 11 Oakland Public Library branches. Join MOCHA Teaching Artists in these workshops for children and families. Each week the Teaching Artist will present art related to a different theme, building creativity, socio-emotional, and academic skills through painting, drawing, sculpting, and numerous other art forms.
Funding Support
This 2024-2025 school year, in collaboration with our friends at Oakland Public Libraries and made possible from a CA State Library grant, MOCHA is able to offer weekly art workshops at 11 library branches of the Oakland Public Library.
