We are located on the lower level of Oakland's City Center, just steps from the 12th Street Bart Station. MOCHA is located on the right hand side of the lower level of the plaza. If you use Google Maps to find us, you will get the best directions when you enter our address:

Public Transportation
MOCHA is easily accessible by BART. We are located just outside the 12th Street City Center BART Station. Take the 13th Street exit and you will enter the Lower Plaza of the city center.
Parking
Parking in our area is mostly metered street parking and paid garages. The Ace Parking Garage/Oakland City Center Parking is located right next to the entrance of MOCHA.
Monday - Friday: 5 am - 10 pm
Weekend: 8 am - 6 pm
