Arts Learning Anchor Schools
Transforming education through the power of art
The Arts Learning Anchor School Initiative helps schools integrate art with the core curriculum. Arts Learning Anchor Schools use the arts to enhance student learning across subject areas and improve student success. Arts Learning Anchor Schools work with community arts providers like MOCHA to transform their schools through the power of arts learning.
The initiative is sponsored by the Alameda County Office of Education.
In 2008-2009, MOCHA is providing ongoing support and mentoring at four Anchor Schools.

- Manzanita SEED
