EXHIBITIONS
Singular Creations: salon of the independents
January 8 – February 29
at MOCHA

MOCHA opens its gallery to all creative 
youth.  This annual open exhibit showcases the 
wide range of invention and ability from children throughout the Bay Area.

SATURDAY STORIES
Pirate Pete by Kim Kennedy
february 2 | 1-2 p.m.| FREE

The first Saturday of every month, MOCHA links 
literacy with art, featuring children's stories 
read out loud followed by artmaking based on the 
themes of these captivating tales. This month,
we set sail with Pirate Pete and visit exotic 
islands while searching for gold. Then we’ll make 
our own artistic treasure chest and pirate ship.


FAMILY EXTRAVAGANZAS

Chinese New Year – Gung Hay Fat Choy!
February 3  | 1–4pm | $7/child

Make lanterns and dragon puppets to celebrate the Year of the Rat.


You Gotta Have Heart
February 9 & 10 | 1–4pm |  $7/child

Design unique handmade cards for all your loved 
ones. We'll have all the trimmings to help you 
express your feelings on Valentine's Day.
